The worst company ever ,
delay delivering 3 hours i was close to lose my appointments in Athens,
after i called them many times the bring the car with dealy one hour ,
be careful they will bring it all the time with empty Gaz , they charged me after the delay the same price of the car rent + 10 euro extra for the gas ,
i was already took a taxi to go to one of my appointments beacuse the were late to bring the car in the airport , the customer service very act bad in the phone, he replied stupid way to the costomers ,by the way ,the same one he pick up the phone he brings the car to the airport ,funny this copnay how it work

Wors car rental company I ever used, having a problem with the car they refused ta call assistance because was saturday and said to call a mechanic myself they also refused to refund the bill the bill

SCAM
WATCH OUT for this company. Once they get hold on your creditcard details they will charge extra amounts afterwards and claim you sign for it. They work in Germany in complicity with billiger-mietwagen.de (not assuming responsibility neither!)response / report this review -

Όσες φορές χρειάστηκα κάτι με αντιμετώπισαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο. Σε όσες εταιρίες κι αν έχω πάει καλύτερα δεν ήταν πουθενά. Είστε οι καλύτεροι.

Die Findung des Mietwagens lief über billiger-mietwagen.de. Sie war schnell und sehr gut. Die einzige Webseite, auf der ich einen Diesel fand. Es gibt leider zu selten die Möglichkeit direkt nach Diesel zu suchen. Die Übernahme war wie angekündigt gegen Aufpreis abends, aber sie fand komplett am Flughafen Thessaloniki und nicht wie erwartet beim Vermieter DRIVE außerhalb des Flughafens statt. Wir konnten also direkt in den Urlaub starten. Wegen des fehlenden Tageslichts bekamen wir die Möglichkeit eventuelle Schäden am nächsten Vormittag per Email mit Fotos nachzumelden. Das Auto war super! Die Mitarbeiter bei Übernahme und Rückgabe extrem freundlich! Und die Rückgabe lief ebenso unkompliziert und recht schnell wie die Übernahme. Gerne wieder!

We used this service to rent a car during our vacation in Athens from 26.09.2016 to 08.10.2016 and everything seemed nice, however during payment becides the price of rent itself the company agent took 930 EUR from the debit card as a guarantee of covering the damage in case of any situations happen and told that it takes up to 7 days after returning the car in good condition to bring the money back to the card. We returned the car 08.10.2016 with no issues, but still there are no money. I tried to email them but they just ignore me. I'm thinking about calling the police. If you want to say good bye to your money, use the service of this company. That's what I can say about "Drive Hellas'
