Small, friendly hotel. Good no-frills food. Staff are super-helpful.

Just had seven brilliant nights here
Nice hotel kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff .
Bar staff here are brilliant and after only one day knew our names and what we drank , they really can't do enough to make your stay as perfect as humanly possible.
The food in the dining room buffet is truly amazing - so much care and attention to detail in the preparation and it is truly delicious .
The staff here have an amazing "can do" attitude which is a credit to the hotel - if you have a problem / question / particular need and its humanly possible they will find a way to make it happen !response / report this review -

Great hotel with excellent staff and the food is excellent for all inclusive. Everyone in our party has commented on the quality of food. Rooms are average. Aircon is available at set times or 24 hours at 4 euro per day. Great location. Thanks alot for a great stay.

We had a lovely 2 weeks here in June. It was our first time we have been to Greece and we weren't disappointed. The hotel as a wonderful pool and pool side area. There is also a children's pool with sun beds a small park and toilets. But the wonderful staff that run the Hotel are what makes this a great holiday and makes guests coming back year after year.

Really a nice place, a hotel itself when it's full and in the high season still has plenty of free chairs by the pool, plenty of space in the dining room, and a calm and cozy atmosphere that we have not experienced anywhere else. The staff does everything to make one's stay a good experience. Certainly a hotel we will consider returning to.

Friendly and helpful staff. I went in off peak season so experience may be different in peak times. In October the whole town was shutting down which was fine for me, I wanted peace and quiet. Sadly, no excursions running after mid October. If you are self catering there is only a few shops and restaurants open so selection may be tight. There is only a tiny beach nearby and this is likely to be crammed in peak season.
The hotel has busy and quiet areas for you to choose from. 2 pools and 3 bars (opening times vary). I had a basic room which was clean and comfortable, but that's about it. There was a fridge and basic cooking area, but I can't comment on them as I didn't use them.
Fully inclusive was a good experience. Good selection and all cooked well. House drinks were a bit pants, but you can hardly expect brand name wines and spirits. Though you can buy them along with cocktails.
Zante town is a short bus trip away. Walkable but not advised as roads not paved.
Argassi had some nice short walks, but I didn't get to explore the nearby mountain walks so I can't give advice on these.
All in all I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel.response / report this review -
