Huge resort, offers all kind of diferent activities, well positioned in the middle between Platamonas and Nei Poroi. Nice view at the Olympus at one side of the hotel. Wide range of food, since the resort is all inclusive only. Needs more elevators, got only one (big elevator) but nonetheless, not enough for so many people residing all the time.

Good place for family vacation. Splash park is already not so new, but still is OK. Clean rooms and hotel at all.Only thng that can expect more are food and beach.

There is no internet in the hotel. The animation is very poor, like 3 stars hotel. Juices in the restaurant are awful, like in 3 stars hotel. Cleaning of rooms is whole ay even when kids sleeping in the afternoon. Very small TV, like in 3 stars hotel. The price for a night is very big but everything is like this is 3 stars hotel.

The hotel is good if it's 3 stars. But 5 stars is very exaggerated.
Why:
- there is no interenet in hotel except the night. At 3:00 o'clock in the morning there is good internet, but during the day - NO.
- cleaning of rooms and hallway is in the whole day including 15:00 o'clock - so when sleeping in the afternoon someone is knocking on the door to clean your room. Also cleaning with the vacuum cleaner - WHY don't make this in the morning ??
- the shower was broken - water was going only up. You need to hold it when have a shower.
- juices in the restaurant was awful - really awful. I was drinking better in 2 stars hotel.
- evening animation - there is but so stupid. just kids going. I was there because of my kid. Good to have some games on your mobile.
- air condition in the room - someone has mad a wall just in front of the air condition which is in corridor of the room and all of the air was going back - in the bathroom and no in the room. so I have very hot room and very cold bathroom - genious.
- the last major negative - the splashpark - it's good, but the watter is very cold. I don't know how in the pools next to the park the water is hot, but the one splashing everywhere is so cold - very stupid
Some positive:
- The water in the pools is hot.
- Food is good. Same every time but big choise. But in general not as expected for 5 stars hotel.response / report this review -
