  Typical lazy, backwards Greek firm.
  I wanted to buy a bus ride from Thessaloniki to Sofia.
  The times on their website where wrong
  I couldn't purchase online. They asked me to email my credit card number to them.
  Which I declined to do. I went down to their office and bought what I thought was a ticket in person.
  When I arrived at the Bulgarian travel office where the bus departs I discovered that I did not have a reservation. I paid Crazy Holidays but they never actually made my reservation.
  I assertively asked a young guy at the office to figure something out, he made some calls and got me a seat on the bus somehow.
  Don't buy from these guys! They are just middlemen and will screw you!

  Ταξιδεύω συχνά με το συγκεκριμένο πρακτορείο. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος και από τους υπαλλήλους και από το προσωπικό των λεωφορείων όπως οδηγοί συνοδηγοί συνοδοί κτλ Κομτα στο στατικό Μακεδονία των ΚΤΕΛ εξηπυρετει και ο ΟΑΣΘ Έχει όμως και το πρακτορείο οχήματα που εξυπηρετούν τους πελάτες που ταξιδεύουν από και προς το κέντρο.

  I always had great services in best prices
  A recommended travel agency especially for trips to Istanbul
  I always book my trips alone but sometimes that i need help and better prices this office is my first choice

  Would not recommend if you don't speak Greek as at no point in the whole journey were we told what was going on. At the Turkish border we had no idea what was going on. Also 1st 6 hours of trip from Athens was in a mini van not a bus with wifi etc like we were expecting. Plus the driver and guide smoke cigarettes the whole 14 hour trip which wasn't the best. But they did get us to Istanbul safe so will give them credit for that.
