This Resort bordered by a long beach of white sand, offers a wide variety of accommodation, in bungalows or hotel: Club bungalows scattered in the pine forest, Deluxe bungalows with sea view, Deluxe bungalows on the beach.
"Olympus", a group of bungalows of 1 and 2 floors, without elevator, in the style of a Greek village, next to the hotel "Parthenon".
The hotels with elevator, are located at the center of the Resort and built on a hillside facing the sea:
"Parthenon", 6-storey hotel, located below the Acropolis.
"Acropolis", 3-storey hotel.
"Piraeus", hotel of 4 floors, located in continuity of the Parthenon.response / report this review -

Location is great, ocean is right there in front of the hotel. There is almost always something to do or event going on. The restaurant has multiple dishes prepared each night, you will find something you like. The bar has a wide selection of drinks, most that are included in the stay as well as some premium ones that cost extra.

The place has a great location but the service is quite poor. This establishment has very mass market feel and suits people that accept low class service. Long corridors that feels like a hospital. The rooms are small and very simple. Maybe worth 3 stars compared to many other hotels. Great view is a big plus.
We had three incidents that was particularly bad (but in small it was a lot of non customer centric behavior all over the place and Club Med's central booking service):
1. We tried for 10 months and many emails, calls etc. secure rooms close to each other to make sure that we could look after our old parents and kids at the same time. Could they sort it out? No. Did they tell us before that they couldn't - no. Did they try hard. No. They instead placed the caregiver on 9th floor in one building and the old folks on ground floor in another building Did they excuse themselves? No. They told us that the reason was that their internal system only gives the actual hotel the central booking 7 days before and then it was full So don't pre-book or and ask for even a very simple special need. They will probably not deliver.
2. We had to call the hotel and the taxi company more then 10 times and wait one and a half hour on the street for transfer from the center of Athens. They couldn't find us, and the persons that tried to solve it couldn't speak English. Finally the driver found us and then - do you think he used the car to pick us up on the busy street. No he walked with us and a lot of big suitcases for one kilometer to his bus So folks. Learn Greek before you go to Club Med in Greece. At least if you don't want to walk there
3. Finally - when we came they had 10 people on the pier to say hello to our family and 4 other guests. Our 13 year old was see sick and started to vomit immediately when we arrived. Do you think all the hotel staff even noticed? No. Or tried to bring a towel or a bin or something? No they were totally obsessed to sell their activity schedule and serve drinks to people vomiting in the sea after a 26 hour trip from Cape Town to Athens So I am quite nice when I give this 2 stars

Excellent food, I dare you to go hungry on a club med holiday. Setting idyllic and all the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly

Was nice, it was just a little problem that everyone was speaking french, that wasnt so nice. But alla in all it was a nice experience and i would repeat it.

10 out of 10 for effort, but I found the resort exhausting. High energy and 95% french. My 10 year and 8 year old were also exhausted. I feel bad giving it a 3 star given the effort.
