  The staff in this hotel is seriously one of the most outstanding things. Never is to much for them. treat them how you would expect to be treated and you won't be disappointed. the area has every thing you could want for a couple or family holiday with a great beach 2 minutes walk away, clean swimming pools.

  Bad management. Long waiting times in the restaurants. Once I had to queue up for eight minutes to get a coffee (a problem that could easy be solved by adding two samuwars for tea water - but then again management would have to care).
  
  Every evening it took about ten minutes to be allowed to enter the restaurant because no tables were available.
  
  All inclusive obviously means something but not all inclusive. Even Greek ice coffee has to be paid.
  
  Too few sunbeds, and nobody cares. They keep telling you to get up early to put towels on the sunbeds to reserve them.
  
  Room service is only every second day (at least it should be, but not always is). Big parts of the personnel don't speak another language than Greek.
  
  With some effort of the management it could be a great place to make holidays.

  Great for families with kids. Waterpark is excellent, beach is close, food is not great but enough.

  Bad, greasy, fatty and ultimately bland food. Bad organisation and uncoordinated staff. Only passable thing are the water slides.

  Beautiful part of the world, and we did enjoy our holiday!! The only things that were disappointing are!!
  The food wasn't great!! But it was okay!! They don't keep enough food out for the amount of guests in the hotel,, and the drinks machine was constantly running out of drinks!! which is not good when you have 3 kids to feed and water!! there is also a real lack of snacks and ice cream, for the all inclusive holiday!! The food is a bit same old same old every day, and it got boring!! So we ate out for 2 nights, just to have a change!! It was all inclusive,, but, you get what you pay for!!
  The rooms always had an ants problem!! They were everywhere and lots of them, bit of a pain in the arse, but also,, not every room may be the same,, so just being honest!! Not having towels changed everyday either which I didn't like much!!
  Most of the staff were very nice and polite, and always had a nice happy smile,
  Wifi is very limited!! you get 1hr a day per room for 1 device only!! session is via a free voucher from reception!! you can pay a high premium for better internet too!!
  Pools were nice clean and big, but a lack of sun beds made it a challenge to have a comfortable lounge around the pool, Also a lot of broken sun beds But,, the Beach was nice and clean,, it had an ice cream/donut man and contraption traveling up and down the beach selling them!!
  Overall my own opinion of this hotel is its okay,, 5.5 out of 10,, would be my rating!!

  Jeśli oczekujecie luksusów to się zawiedziecie ale jest to fajne miejsce na wypoczynek z dziećmi. Nie liczcie na basen przy każdym hotelu a Basilia hotel to jeden z domków w całym kompleksie - mający chyba najlepsze warunki mieszkalne .Inne są gorsze lub o wiele gorsze.Jedzenie dobre - dużo do wyboru ale przez 7 dni serwowano ciągle to samo .Brakowało mi tam świeżych owoców w większej ilości i innych kuchni świata - miały być serwowane .Zaskoczył mnie bród na ulicach Acharawi - pełne pojemniki na śmieci i odór jaki się z nich unosił.Sam kompleks też nosił jeszcze znamiona dawnej świetności , ale zepsuta spłuczka czy brudne koce były tu na porządku dziennym.Na plaży zniszczone leżaki też były częstym widokiem i domagały się naprawy .Myślę że te 3 gwiazdki starczą .Organizowane wycieczki też nie wzbudziły zachwytu -przeciętność.Rejs pirackim statkiem ( miał piracką banderę i tyle ) na plażę Kalamaki i obiad w brudnym barze - plaża fajna choc z płatnymi leżakami i nic poza tym - to tyle atrakcji.W Giżycku rejs na wyspę zakochanych wywołał kiedyś u mnie więcej emocji niż ten - zdawałoby się bardziej egzotyczny .Cudze chwalicie ..Ale widoki piękne i niezapomniane więc.nastaw się na gorsze a wypoczniesz lepiej!
