Fabulous location in Plaka, with stunning views to the left of the Acropolis. Canvas directors chair so so. Slight slope to screen and upper balcony. Refreshment bar. Film interval..

What a gorgeous way to watch a movie in Athens! Grab a drink and some snacks and chill out. If you're coming during peak season get there early, like 30 min, if you want seats next to tables. The place was practically sold out. Highly recommend.

Amazing location with Acropolis view. Open air Cinema you can have a beer and snacks, smoke your cig and enjoy quality films.

Outstanding cinema. Great views and historical character with posters from old movies. The sound is way too low and English speaking friends struggled to hear everything, especially if you seat at the back. If you are a big company make sure that you go early as there is no option to reserve seats. Will definitely go again.

Very nice location on a rooftop with view on the back side of the Acropolis. The perfect place for a movie on a summer night. Only cons are the somewhat poor audio quality and the queue on the snack bar!

Such an amazing little place. Perfect on a summers eve. Saw the new Woody Allen movie here an couldn't have been a better setting with a glass of Stella and a beautiful view of the Acropolis.

Pros: perfect view of the Acropolis while watching the movie. Great outdoor cinema experience. Free seating.
Cons: the sound is soft and a little hard to hear. Smokers are everywhere so take some care in choosing where uou seat.
Tips: there is an upper deck above the confectionary stand. We were allowed to bring in ice cream from next door, but maybe ask management before hand.response / report this review -

Fun experience, audio quality was a little lacking but a cool atmosphere in a nice neighborhood. Definitely worth checking out if the weather is nice

One of the classic open-air cinemas in Athens, and one with nice sideviews to the Acropolis hill (not the temple), given its rooftop location right in the centre of Plaka. The ambience can feel a bit urban but it's definitely worth exploring at least once
