I call to ask if an item is in stock, the clerk assures me that it is, I place the order and two hours later I get a text saying my order has been canceled due to the item being out of stock. Hey, more goons die!

I went to buy a Korret cologne which on the Internet said 15€ and in person with a 35% discount for 20€. I asked the pharmacist why the 5€ difference and instead of explaining she got irritated, she told me characteristically I don't know why she doesn't understand it and she slapped three fingers of her hand on the table. Unacceptable behavior, very rude owner no one deserves to leave their money with this person.

My order has been placed since 30/6 and on 1/07 it shows that they are collecting the products that my order has only 2 products.. they do not answer the phone. I have not received an e-mail about the progress of the order. I reached the last resort of writing to them on their platform and no response from there either. After 4 calls today they managed to answer it and cited a shipping error while delivering it themselves. Since in an hour they brought them.

I'm really sorry to come to this position but some of the girls are rude, but that doesn't bother me that much. Today something very serious happened which I can describe as dangerous. My wife had made an appointment at this pharmacy to be vaccinated with a specific vaccine due to health problems. As we were talking today about how to move, I told her to come in and see what time they have registered you. Entering the platform we realized that the appointment had never been booked. There is now no appointment available for the next few weeks and we are heartbroken.

I needed a specific vaccine that was out of stock, I called them, they looked in their fridges and found the last piece. I was very lucky but I would not manage without the help of this drug store. Recommend!
