  They specialize on choux and they are doing a magnificent job on them! Best profiterole in town which is being prepared the exact same time with lots of choices to personalize your creation!

  Minimal, modern space. Friendly and quick service. Profiteroles are custom made @ the time of order, with either ice cream or cream and a selection of toppings. Smaller desserts (i.e. eclairs) also available. Outdoor seating.

  Great little patisserie!!! The profiteroles are prepared right in front of you and you're being informed about the process. There is also the option of selecting ingredients and toppings. And most importantly the profiteroles taste AMAZING!!! Totally recommended!!!

  OK, maybe it is awkward since there is no place to sit (the few tables out front are always full) and maybe the service isn't always the best (I guess being such a hit takes its toll on staff). But the choux oh, the choux Airy and light. And the creams are gorgeous. Be prepared to combine beautiful creams and sprinkle different toppings on your profiteroles.
  Or go for the delicious (if sticky) eclairs. (Wet napkins would be a good idea.)

  Probably the best profitetole in Thessaloniki. Always fresh. Even when you just enter the place, you start drooling by the amazing scents.
