We asked to bring a car at 9:00. The representative of the company was half an hour late and there was no child seat, so the delay prolonged for one more hour. Because of the delay, we were not able to start our planned trip at 9:30, but at 11:30. We are waiting for a child seat more than 1,5 hours, not to take into account delays that were earlier. The company does not answer our calls. We strongly don't recommend the company

It is very cheap to rent car here. However, the car they brought to me had some problems with its gears. They bring the car to your place for 5 euros. Overall, I was satisfied with my renting.

Das Auto online im Voraus gebucht, war teurer als direkt vor Ort. Weiters war dieses Auto definitiv nicht Verkehrstauglich! Lenkung hatte Spiel, Klimaanlage leerte täglich ca. einen Liter Kondenswasser in den Fussraum, beide hintere Türen ließen sich nur von aussen öffnen, Fensterheber an drei Fenster defekt, Scheibenwischer ohne Gummi, Kjndersitz war nur kleiner Polster. Mit so einem Auto ist man definitiv nicht sicher! Dafür wird aber narürlich eine Vollkaskoversicherung verlangt damit man bei einem Schaden nicht auf den Kosten sitzen bleibt! Welche Kosten? Das Auto war nichg mal mehr die 300€ wert die die 6 Tage Miete kosteten!!! Es war ein Hyundai I30, den keinesfalls akzeptieren!!

They not delivered the car in spite of the booking. Not repay the advances (although they promised to do so) Thieves!

Nie podstawili zamówionego samochodu pomimo przyjętej rezerwacji. Na dodatek nie zwrócili zaliczki (pomimo informacji że zrobią to jak najszybciej). Złodzieje po prostu.
