October 13th through COVID I bought for the Alcatel 3025x immediate receipt no problem due to quarantine in the village and the screen I put boxes of different colors something was not going well you could not see tpt on the screen only boxes with different colors I got to the service I explained I was told to send it at a charge and when they do they will send it to me with their charge we all agree, they call me and tell me the board wants 40 € to make the mobile 55 it makes a new tespa I say the guarantee does not cover it it says the humidity does not cover it In the first days, you look at it like your eyes like me and in the end I did not do it, they sent it back

I have a CAT S61 which has a problem with the battery. People have replaced and upgraded software and my phone is like new. Very good service and very fast. One of the best service in Greece.
