Beware! They rip you off with an old damage you haven‘t seen (under the car @ the bumper), it was already badly painted and they insist it‘s a new damage! See the photo. Never rent a car with them!

They charged us € 20 for hotel delivery, while the contract said it was free delivery within 20 km of their office: their explanation; that agreement still contains the old conditions; I had to pay € 20 or we didn't have a car. That is really nasty if your hotel is only 4 km from their office. I also got a car whose air conditioning was unusable because it smelled, and the wipers were bad, with parts missing. Nice is something different!
