Rented a car for a day. Being only 22 years old they did not take any extra for renting a mini car, 18€ with unlimited mileage. Really nice service and they were very helpful. We got a ride afterwards to the closest bus stop to go back to the center. After researching many car rentals in Thessaloniki I would highly recommend this place.

It was hot.The woman at the desk was unpleasant and the car they supplied was not what I had ordered. Instead of a compact I was given an old Skoda with a noisy dodgy transmission.When I complained about the fuel level the women yelled at me even after I photographed the fuel level. It sure looked like half to me. Bad business, bad people, bad car. On top of that it was the most expensive car on my trip, far exceeding the others.STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

Have used Enterprise Thessaloniki twice 2015 , 2016 , unfortunately not this year total mix up missed them greatly . Sound service and personnel , [ unlike this year ] . Will use them again . Tally ho 2918

No problems at all. Was met at the airport and bought to their station. Rented an Opel Corsa, pretty new, top condition. Very nice staff, very fast and swift return of the car.

Not Very Pleased!!!
Staff was great helpful and very accommodating and this review is not a reflection on them.
The management/owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves and is another reflection as to why Greece is where it is today!!!
I came on a family vacation and rented a 9 passenger van with the intent to travel Greece from North to South with a full load. As we started our 15 day voyage within our first day we had our tire pressure sensor come on. Not thinking too much of it at my next fill up at the gas station we filled the tires and finding out that one tire had lost air. As we continued 3 days later the tire pressure sensor reappeared. Not wasting anymore time we pulled into a service station to inspect the tires as didn't want to chance it with my whole family including children in the vehicle. To my disbelief the mechanic told me that all 4 tires were on their last legs and he could not believe that a car rental company would allow such a vehicle leave with paying customers that were foreign to the country. Replacing the bad tire we continued on with no further issues besides the change oil light being on for the last few days. What a joke!!! Shameful actually!!!
Didn't really want to write this review to be honest but now being back for a week and after them knowing my dissatisfaction and disbelief no one from upper management has even reached out. So I now share my experience here.

Lovely service, easy to correspond in English. The only unexpected thing is that there is no office at the airport but someone will meet you at the airport near your booking time. The car was clean and reliable.
