Fantastic service. Booked at short notice, not really expecting to be able to rent a car, but it was no problem to Cosmos. Our pickup arrived on time, the paperwork was quickly completed and there was none of the usual hard-sell for extra insurance or add-ons you don't need, which is normal for the big companies. We were on our way quickly, having had a quick briefing on the best places to visit, and being given a handy map. The car was clean and had no issues. Altogether, a very pleasant rental experience - we will call Cosmos first when next in Corfu. Great service and very friendly and helpful staff.

Great service and everything very simple and quickly from beginning to end. No hidden fees and definitely not one of those companies which try and trick you into paying extra for insurance or make things up so can take some money off you when returning the car.
Will definitely use again and recommend.

This is quite easily the best car hire service we have ever had, and we have been travelling through Europe over 20 years. Absolutely fantastic, cannot recommend highly enough. Great service and really nice people.

We visited 4 car rentals inside and around the airport and this place had far the best prices. The service was great and the staff was very kind. It is worthy to walk that extra 500 meter from the airport to get here instead of hiring a car inside the airport.

Great service! Booking was super simple and we received email communication confirming the booking and asking if there was anything else required. We were met at the airport by a representative with a sign so we didn't have to go looking for the firm. They dealt with the paperwork and payment promptly and easily and then showed us how to use the car, i.e. where the air con and indicators were, etc. They also gave us a map and directions to our hotel. Dropping off the car was also super simple. We will definitely use again!

Great service, easy to book online and a good price.
Picked up car close to airport and dropped it of at same place, all very simple.
Hired a Fiat Panda, car in good condition, economical to run and being small ideally suited to some of the small roads, but still having the power to get around, plenty of room for two people and luggage.
Two weeks of trouble free motoring.

My girlfriend and I rent a Opel Astra for a 7 days holidays in Corfu and were very positively impressed by the great customer service and stress free experience that rent with Cosmos was. We have been renting cars for quite a number of years and this was our best car rental experience ever. A company´s representative wait for us at the airport arrivals, with all the paperwork ready, in less than 10min we had signed off and got the comfortable and in great condition Astra. They even gave us good advices about the island and a map. The whole experience was very efficient and stress free, in addition they are very fast responding to emails. The Astra was a comfortable and fuel efficient option to travel around the hilly island. No hidden fees and great cars by a good price. They are highly recommended and we congratulate them by the world class service they are offering. Efharisto!

Brilliant. Helpful when we needed to change the size of the car. Great communication. Superb prices. Process couldn't be easier for pick up (they bring the car to the terminal) and drop off (30 seconds walk from departures). Couldn't be happier with them.

Best experience of hiring a car, ever, and I have hired many. From the booking on line to the hand over on our arrival at the airport, it was quick and easy--and no hidden extras. On booking I requested the Volvo if possible as most other makes are not conducive to my back's health--and lo and behold a Volvo. Kostas was very helpful on hand over, as was his colleague who did the 5 minute paperwork. We had no need to phone them during our stay, but we had all we needed should that have been necessary. Dropping off at the airport was even quicker and easier -- if only inside the airport was as efficient! Without hesitation or reservation I highly recommend them, and will be using them again when we return for another holiday as soon as possible. Thank you all.

Strongly recommended. The booking process was smooth and easy, no credit card is needed while making the reservation online.
I contacted the company prior to our departure since we traveled with small child, a guy named Kostas was very helpful on the phone and promised to assist as much as needed. Upon our arrival a company representative came to meet us at the airport to finalized the process and bring the car over. She gave us necessary instruction and assisted with placing the car seat properly, when a problem was found, a new one was sent to her within few minutes. The car itself was very comfortable and matched our need very well. Drop-off was set the airport's parking lot as well, so no worries about returning it to a different location. Overall we were very pleased with the customer service which was personal and friendly.response / report this review -
