  The spa is a joke... The pool is too small, there are four chairs in the so called spa lounge. One sauna for two one steam room for six. The spa is dirty also the pool. The girl is polite. They don't clean the rooms, just make the bed. Rooms are small but nice and well done. Food is scarce at dinner.

  The rooms are OK but the spa zone is lousy. The pool is for 5 persons max. The sauna is for two and there are 100 guests...

  Not great. (This is for the spa specifically.)
  
  I booked a deep tissue massage here for my wife, who has been volunteering in Katerini, working long hours in a stressful situation. For one thing, the price I was quoted was almost 40% higher than what's posted on the web site, so I was already unhappy about that, but went ahead and booked anyway because the place is convenient to Katerini.
  
  My wife had her massage today and reported that: 1) the staff were unfriendly, 2) the massage wasn't great, way too oily and not very skilled, 3) she had to pay for a day pass to use their spa facilities even after paying for the massage, and 4) the place was a bit rundown and messy on the inside despite looking nice on the outside.
  
  On the massage itself, she said "good pressure but she didn't really focus on my back (other than to tell me it was tight and I need a physical therapist) or how to not grab my sides when rubbing my back even though I told her I was ticklish."
  
  We won't be going back.

  Absolutly big mistake to go to this hotel ... they dont have any polite sentence like could you please or can i please !!!! You hear just give me , what , and this with the personal of the hotel ...the room in the street view you see every think outside and they call the view garden view :) ...the food no taste ...just the place is so nice .the beach and center are close to the hotel ...

  Very good hotel - nice outdoor and indoor pools, food was okay and the beach is very close. The hotel is located away from the Paralia center and is better for families compared to the crowded main street. Beach is close and also not very crowded. Cleanliness could be one idea better but still quite good.
