Nice coffee

Why every good shop with good coffee has to turn into a bad one after sometime?! It was the greatest coffee shop with fast delivery service good coffee and nice people until recently.. When a customer's delivery is annoyingly and unacceptably late(many many minutes late) and the customer contacts the shop to ask for the status of his/her delivery(one coffee) and to find out the reason of the delay, it is AT LEAST professionally imperative the shop apologize besides the delivery guy who has to apologize also..
