Never rent from them again. Was given an old car that squeaked and rattled and no GPS after it was requested. Service was totally unacceptable. Replacement vehicle was absolute rubbish but catered for our luggage. These people had no clue what they were doing. Disappointing to be told we don't have anything else after booking something totally different in advance.
