The artefacts are really interesting, the layout is nice, and it's nicely lit and quiet inside. However if you have small children it won't be the best experience for them. The majority of things are not on their level and there are no activities for them. The museum is not really interactive.

Well-organised museum, interesting exhibits, especially those dating back to the Roman period, interesting video presentations. The main drawback is that there was no air-conditioning.

Amazing place with a great exhibition and many roman mosaics and other staff found in the city of Patras. The only big negative thing was the lack of air-conditioning which as informed was due to a damage in the main system over a month ago. That is a shame for an amazing museum like that.

The museum possessed fabulous collections, very well arranged and documented. There are many beautiful pieces but just enough so you don't feel bored like it could happen in some big museum. The museum show the human side of historical past. The temporary exposition of a greek artist was the cherry on top of the cake. A must if you are in the area.
