I will rate this Hotel about my recent visit here with a 5star because of the efforts of the owners. Have to admit that there are some things that they will improve the overall quality but it is a well run city hotel and value for money!

Nice small family business. The owners are friendly and cheerful, willing to help as much h as they can. Love and hugs to you - doing great job!!
And as usual, Devil's in the detail.
The daytime administrator Diana pretends not to understand that you are more comfortable with English and pushes Russian instead for the whole time of stay. Neither is she in a hurry to change a broken chair in the room, nor willing to suggest you a simple way to get to Thessaloniki by bus instead of tour.
And, at night you might figure out that you can here different noises from around the building - not critical but sometimes annoying before you fall asleep.
Nevertheless, you are less than a minute away from the sea, you have fine buffet breakfasts in the hotel and lunch/dinner in a decent restaurant round the corner, right at the see shore :) (by the way, I suggest coming for late lunch hour and enjoying a stretched lunch. this will save you from late evening dishes and keep you full)response / report this review -
