+ Nice staff.
- Rooms are a little worn out: carpet does not look too good.
- The mosquito-slide-net behind the window does not get locked when pulled down – please fix it! Not everyone wants to sleep with air-conditioning turned on. I prefer fresh air from outside at the night, if it is not to hot – but only without mosquitoes!
- The toilet box was leaking all day and night so the floor was wet all the time.
- Breakfast was below average: No fruits, no vegetables, no slices of cheese or meat. Just some bread, butter and boring plastic packages with marmalade and honey. We paid 32 € and the breakfast (5 €/person) was not even included. Two days after we stayed in Eceabat (Turkey) at “Boss 2 Hotel” for 25 € with a rich and healthy breakfast included: Varieties of fruits, vegetables, olives, cheese, meat, bread etc.response / report this review -

Il personale è gentile, le stanze non sono grandissime ma il letto è comodo e il condizionatore silenzioso. Nel piccolo bagno la doccia è un po' difficoltosa da regolare.
Stanza abbastanza silenziosa. Si dorme bene. Colazione a buffet discretamente varia.
Si trova fuori Kastorià, per cui è indispensabile avere l'automobile.response / report this review -

Hotel's view is amazing, you can see perfectly the lake. It was clean and the service was great. However the breakfast could have more local food.

Ωραία θέα προς την λίμνη και την πόλη. Προσιτή τιμή Καλή θέρμανση. Εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό,καθαρό. Πρόβλημα στο ζεστό νερό. Ενώ ήταν ζεστό δεν είχε πίεση έτρεχε ελάχιστα.

Άνετο πάρκινγκ ακριβώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο και πολύ όμορφη θέα προς τη λίμνη (ζητήστε δωμάτιο με θέα, αξίζει). Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο να κατατοπίσει τον επισκέπτη της περιοχής και να προτείνει ιδιαίτερα μέρη για επίσκεψη, φαγητό και διασκέδαση. Ορισμένα δωμάτια έχουν αρκετά περιορισμένο χώρο στο μπάνιο, με αποτέλεσμα το ντους να γίνεται μια άβολη εμπειρία και το πάτωμα να γεμίζει συνεχώς νερά. Ο μπουφές στο πρωινό χορταστικός, αν και έλειπε η επιλογή του φρούτου.
