I loved this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The little town is roughly a 10 minute taxi ride away - about 10 euros. The bartender, Nikolaos, was fantastic. He made a real mean Espresso Martini. The breakfast was good as well.

The hotel is very large which can cause cold and austere areas. The room is sizeable not very large but large enough and the service is generally kind although the language barrier can cause communication issues. The pool is very nice.

Nice hotel. Breakfast not bad at all but not superb, i miss fresh juices! room very comfortable and facing the garden. De ate something at the bar and the food was really good and big portions!

Very difficult to take a shower with this weird design. Water temperature jumps away (towards hot and cold, and back) from your setting several times in a minute. But otherwise the hotel garden is quite enjoyable.

Hi. I was one of the first employee for Amalia Hotel,the late mr kalogiannis {sorry if I misspell the name},he was one of the greatest manager I ever had.We build the hotel from the foundations,in hot weather and cold weather every day.
I am very proud to be member of this beautiful hotel,located on the outskirts of the city Nafplion.Unfortunatly during my last visit to my home down I wasn't able to visit the hotel again and I feel that something is missing from visit in Nafplion.
Next time "Amalia Hotel".
