Although we have been visiting Amalia hotels quite frequently, Amalia in Kalambaka is lucking behind. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms, average food and last but not least almost everyone was smoking at the bar!!!

Stated for 1 night as part of a tour. Decent rooms, carpets need update. Bathroom is best of the trip.

Stayed for a night, as part of a tour. Room was fairly basic, but did the job I guess. The restaurant felt a bit like a prison, a buffet where there are a few staff members that watch you eat. Felt a bit creepy.

The place is nice. But they replaced the carpet in several of our rooms of our group. The glue smell kept many of us awake at night. 😞

We love this hotel and I don't think it is only personal. We make sure to stop every year, if only for one day. Incredible staff, not in a stuff "must do this" way, they really watch out for you. Personalised hospitality at its best. Sort of people to remember what you liked for breakfast or to helpfully bring what you wanted but didn't ask for.

Especially like the pool. While others harp on about spa stuff, this really relaxes me. Every time.

The fact that this hotel is located outside the kalambaka village limits make it a very special according to me because of its location, serenity, there is lot of openness and it is a well planned hotel with all the facilities.The front office is huge and the staff are polite and well behaved. The food is equally good.I loved my stay here during my visit to meteora in April 2016
