Loved the stay over. Beautiful location with friendly and welcoming staff with infinity pool. Most rooms have beautiful view. Either sea or garden. I was there with my family for 7 nights and loved each day we spent there. Manager and Owner both present. Staff on hand. Most nights have entertainment for the week
Standard villa apartments value for money staff coyld be friendlier no local attractions.
Great hotel design and the staff were quite friendly. The view from the pool was amazing but the beds in our room were awful. They were to hard and I didnt get a decent nights sleep in the whole time I was there.
Lisa is an excellent person to go to if you have an issues, to which she resolved for us, She is a great asset for the hotel. To have the all inclusive finish at 11pm is not what we was expecting. The food was ok at best, at times It was cold.
Great place to spend your holidays! :)
Lovely place to spend a holiday! Friendly and helpful staff. Not too over crowded.
Was a lovely place to be I give it a 👍 up. All the stuff where amazing.
Dirty room. Bad room-service. Just good food. Location just to eat not for stay! Too bad!
Amazing service, great food and lovely accommodation. If you tend to spend your holidays in the best of the best, you might find something to nit-pick. However, this was a perfect honeymoon destination for us.
The views are outstanding; eating your breakfast whilst looking out over the gorgeous sea is breathtaking. The rooms are kept clean and tidy. The maid came twice a day to clean and make sure we were stocked up.
We had a junior suite with a pool and I can say that it is well worth the added cost (if you shop around it isn't that much more expensive). Whilst it isn't heated, it is comfortable to be in during the heat of the day and being able to sit out front in your own private area is wonderful.
The staff are all kind and friendly. All of them speak at least some English. Lisa, who speaks perfect English, is on hand if you need to ask anything out of the ordinary. Every single one of the staff had a huge smile and catered to our every request.
We highly recommend hiring bikes, which are less than €10pp and are electric assisted, and cycling down the coast to some of the beaches further down. It's a 30 minute ride each way but well worth it.
All in all, we'd come here again without question. Thank you to all who work tirelessly at Alia Palace for a perfect memorable honeymoon.
Beautiful hotel with excellent views
The rooms aren't too bad, on arrival very clean. The all inn concept is a weird concept, not everything is all in, for e example a iced cappuccino is not all in, a Amstel Radler not all in. A bottled beer during the dinner not all in. The mini bar is only filled once if you book all in. They have a small list of drinks which are free for all in. The pool is a bit small, however the place itself is very quiet, not too many people. The view is fabulous especially during the evening. The staff is very friendly. The food buffet could be better but isn't the worst i have seen. For dinner there is a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian. Salads, pasta, desserts, dressings etc. Nevertheless in total we did enjoy our holiday.
Fantastic hotel, unbeleivable view and location, incredibly tastefull food, very friendly and helpfull staff.
Great! Extraordinary views. And Wi-Fi access is good, now in July 2014.
Stuff is great and very friendly. Food is also good. I was in private villa and it is very nice but walls should be repaired. Insect nets are missing due to large group of all kind of insects and big spiders which lives around. Wifi is there but it is very hard to connect and stay connected in some areas.
