The beach is lumpy, stoney and overcrowded. Why don't they tidy it up?

Beach hotel located in city areas with a lot of small streets. Location is on the beach but it can be difficult to locate. Rooms are clean but rather small. Has a pool and beach access.
4 stars is due to value for money, otherwise it would have been 3 stars.response / report this review -

Lovely hotel for summer rest. The service is very pleasant, but I didn't find some things that I expected to be: 1. Despite of all-inclusive there were no free water in the mini bar. 2. They don't have the iron to rent.

Best hotel with incredible staff, food, beach, and game room for kids. Close to Patra museum and beautiful waterfront views.

Amazing room views when reserving sea side, nice lounge and breakfast area. Rooms are refurbished, bathrooms are dayed! It is an old hotel and it cannot hide it very well.
