Very bad customer support and not user friendly website especially for the members of the Miles Bonus. You take your learn after the mistake and the charge. They can never help you to solve a problem by phone or change a wrong in your booking even if you call them in seconds.

Scary flight with maneuvering from Rome to Athens. The plane is very light so you can feel everything. Every turn, descend and when they speed up. Not fun. A female flight attendant had bad customer service. I don't think I'll fly with then again.

When we were planning our honeymoon, we wanted to visit both Athens AND Santorini. We found pretty good prices to Athens from the states and we found this airline to provide a decent option to get to Santorini. They are on time and clean. The only problem I had was the set up for boarding. It's complete chaos, no one lines up it's just a big pile of people. Then when you get on the bus you load from both the front and the back.

We were very happy with the greek side of the airline, very polite and helpful. However, the Aegean team in Jordan was extremely rude and I not very accommodating despite traveling with a special needs person. They tried to force us to buy luggage because the bag was 2 cm bigger than what is allowed. In the end they shipped it for free but they put us in a very bad mood. Very unprofessional.
