I happen to be a dealer myself and I know very well what goes into customer service.
I received a box of stone favors, half of which were broken. Their response was we ship a lot of orders and it hasn't happened to us before. So am I the unlucky one among the hundreds??? they didn't even try to mention something about change for 3-4 euro damage in the meantime. Sorry for the two stars, but it was the first and last time I order from you. I, my clients, try at any cost to serve them and make them happy.response / report this review -

Unacceptable company! We have placed our order 1 month before we start making our Easter cakes, and we have been "hanged up" to an incredible degree! Zero responsibility!

Unfortunately, their rudeness made me lose my temper several times. They teased me day after day that my order is gone. In the end, I went alone to pick it up 18 days later.
