An acquaintance that started by chance. A professional collaboration that was perfectly completed. These two proposals summarize our 4-month trip, where an old and dilapidated apartment in Nea Smyrni was transformed into a highly impressive and modern "nest".
Without big words and promises, from the first meeting we understood that we are in the right hands. The suggestions and suggestions of Sotiris Efthymiou and his experienced staff of collaborators, not only did not "squeeze" us but instead unblocked our thoughts and guided us to the right choices. We did not feel any pressure or discomfort when we had to rethink some innovations. Instead, we had the opportunity to ask for clarifications and alternative proposals. Because Sotiris and his associates were ALWAYS PRESENT when we needed them and they did not disappear due to "allegedly" workload.
We quickly felt safe and secure about the end result and this helped us to dedicate ourselves smoothly to our demanding work.
The delivery of the apartment 10 days ago completely confirmed our expectations. We have already moved to an "unrecognizable" house that attracts admiration to anyone who has visited it.

Excellent engineer and man. Both he and his associates have always been accessible and efficient at all stages of the renovation. I really needed to spend a minimum of time. The result was perfect and within the relatively tight schedule I had set. I would definitely work with him again in the future!
