The resteraunt looked nice from the outside but this was contrasted with the appalling service. Food took upwards of an hour to come while looking and tasting hastely prepared. This was on full display when a fellow party were all served raw food and the request for it to be replaced was denied. It took 30 minutes and numerous requests to get the bill. The staff seemed clueless and oblivious the the need of it's customers.

Ordered a single pizza, literally everyone in the restaurant was served before us and we had to wait 20 mins for the bill to arrive. Friends food was raw.

Awful. 20min waiting to be attended ; 50min waiting for the food. Every time we ask for something (a table, a chair, the food, the cutlery) they look at you as you are being annoying. My friend found a hair in her food. The table dirty (with dead insects).

Even though it seemed quite popular and a place with a nice setting, I was quite disappointed. The ordering was sloppy and in rush. The food was served quite late. The portions of food not satisfying for their price. In total, I wouldn't revisit this restaurant, unless it were the last and only option I had.
