Πολύ όμορφος ξενώνας στο κεντρο του χωριού! Ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση και ευγενικοί ιδιοκτήτες! Καθαρό δωμάτιο και πλούσιο πρωινό. Εξαιρετική θέα!

We stopped for a coffee. We had 2 long espressos, one cafe latte and one hot chocolate milk. The bill was 12 euros. WTF. The coffee was very good though.

I have stayed here 3 times over the last three years. Aristi is small and charming. Other villages such as Papingo, might be more beautiful or quaint, but Aristi is convenient to Vikos, where you can hike down to the Voidomatis river and to Papingo and Micropapingo. Also I imagine the hotels in Aristi are more affordable than some of the other more well known towns.
Hotel Ilias, is an amazing value. It is a beautiful stone building. It is run by a very sweet woman, her daughter and granddaughters. They all are so warm and welcoming. I really feel like I am home when I stay here. I have traveled all over Greece and I keep coming back here. The room I stayed in was about 30e (if I remember correctly) for one person per night. This included breakfast. I have many fond memories of sitting on the hotel balcony enjoying home made treats, such as spanikopita, bread and preserves.
The room I stayed in was a nice size with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom in my room was a little small, but it feels expensive -sparkling clean and well finished in tile and stone. The room is decorated simply with little colorful touches that give it a romantic feel. There is something really special about this place, it has good, clean bright energy.
One night they also made me dinner which was delicious and reasonable.
Definitely stay here if you want to feel at home and be well fed.
