  Only money looks! No interest in customer satisfaction! Imagine yesterday I got an expensive product from them, but it turned out to be defective. Today (the day after the purchase date) when I took it back, (and with the product in excellent condition) they refused to replace it with another one with the excuse that the gelatin had come out. And I ask: How can the product be tested with the gelatin on it ??? In other words, I was left with a defective product! Whatever it is, slowly do not see me / us again !!
  
  ΥΓ. The fact that your product is not "stuck" at that moment does not mean that it is ok..You could send it if you were really interested in the customer in the dealership and receive from there an official answer that would cover both sides. Certainly not you will see me again especially when you put verbs and words like "it was not like I imagined the product" - in my mouth, while on the contrary I told you that because it is a gift let me get something else if possible, even with more money and you did not give Good luck and good sales to your next customer.

  The worst service I have found in my order !! Their mistakes and their insincerity followed one another !!
  1st: they charged me with shipping while the recipient's address was within the city, with free shipping as they themselves pointed out. They corrected their mistake after my intervention.
  2nd: I made the payment on December 12 and they accepted it on December 18 again with my own telephone intervention calling them for 3 consecutive days. Behavior unwavering and formally polite.
  3rd: they declared delivery of parcels within 3 days since the address is in the city of Katerini and we finally received it after 17 days !!! As a godfather and godmother, we feel awful because of them our spiritual child received his gift after the Christmas holidays in a delayed manner.
  And 4th and most important: their lie overflowed the glass. In my email communication with them because the delivery of the parcel is so late, they told me that the volume of parcels to be delivered due to holidays is large while I learn, afterwards, that they never delivered the parcel to the distributor but called the parents of my baptist and they "forced" them to go to their store themselves to receive their parcel !!!
  I will not hide that I was outraged and bitterly disappointed. Away. The worst service without any exaggeration
