Very poor customer services. My room not cleaned the whole day had to reuse all towels, glasses, sink not cleaned. No soap provided. I real felt like I am in a hostel. No value for money usd 300 per night ughuuuu!

This hotel is ambitious. Professional staff, great services for single tourists even for businessmans. Design is comparable with european standards. You can use swimming pool for free, they have 24 hour room service and lot of places for businessmans work. Absolutely perfect among local accomodation offer.

Spacious room, friendly staff, new hotel. Mr. Lee is excellent in communication and service to guests. He remembers guest's names and provides an extrodinary service tothe guests. oHighly recommended.

An oasis, a luxury in a poor city. It's well built and the stuff are nice. The swimming pool is beautiful. The up keeping of the spa is struggling probably because of supply shortage. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Stayed here shortly after opening. One has to wonder what such a hotel as this is doing here. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Water was so clean you could smell the chlorine. Food was overpriced and just okay. Some staff barely speak French let alone English. I absolutely would stay here again.
