  Reasonable air-conditioning, open late, tables inside and out. But the SERVICE IS HORRENDOUSLY SLOW. Order a chicken pie (for example) and it will be served to you perfectly cold, after the waiter(ess) has finished chatting with whoever's come by or with her colleague, seven minutes later.
  
  Sorry to stereotype but why is service so abominable everywhere in West Africa?!

  Hot chocolate was cold. Cappuccino was just milk, no coffee taste at all. When I asked for more coffee she just added dregs. Then charged 100 dalassi. Normal price here is 50. Meat pie ok. Croissant cold. Waitress wasn't interested in serving at all. We waited ages for her while standing at the counter. Horrible experience.
