Great meals, but a bit bored waiters with no passion for their work. We have been waiting quite long time, even if we were almost alone in the restaurant. You have to try their lobster, even if its a frozen one, it still tastes very good.

We stayed in Gambia 12 days, we ate in many locals and Darboe's has the best food in a good price. The best pasta here. Very good Gambian food, good onion soup, chicken 65, pasta arrabbiata.

Really enjoyed my lunch here, got way too much but that's no complaint. It's not a fancy place but staff seemed friendly and dinner was served pretty quick despite the usual Gambia power cuts.

My favorite place to come in the evening. Staff were so helpful and friendly, even gave me a dvd and cd to take home with me. Performances were great and the singers had great voices. Never ate here though, next time we will try the food :)

Darboes Dog Hole.
Total utter bag of Rubbish.
Just letting all my Gambian friends know stay away you have been warned.
90 minutes for main course starter was prawn crackers.
Main was actually ok but just the fact that no one had a clue what anyone was doing.

Free drinks I might as well spoken to myself several times in fact I did.
Trimming what trimmings ?
Desert none just paid the bill which was over 2000 & left I will be writing a major blog on trip advisor & causing mayhem.
Utter utter junk be warned stay stay way.
We Might as well gone to local shop & got taplappa been much cheaper & certainly better value.
Please share this about as I feel utter utter contempt for the way we where both treated tonight.
When I complained I was spoken to like we where both some type third rate human being.
I spoke to several people the manager & it was like trying to communicate with some type of alien from another planet.

We Might have been treated like a third rate human being but this Darboes Dog Hole is third rate to the level of 4th rate.
The manager even thought I was trying to get a free meal my only words are idiot.
