  Brefet Cultural Camp offers a rustic experience while providing comfortable indoor accommodations. Each cabin is connected to the camping community via lighted paths that are tiled, with sitting areas beneath the shade of trees. Cabins are brightly painted and come complete with latching doors, screened and curtained windows, comfy beds with clean sheets and towels, mosquito netting and tiled floors. Each cabin features in-room curtained bathrooms with flushing toilet, sink and shower. Spacious dining hall overlooking the water provides buffet meals that are appealing, tasty and ample, fish, poultry, meat, fruit, vegetables from local area, served with water, tea, coffee, sodas, beer and wine. Staff is friendly. Riverboat trips may be arranged: 1 hr from camp to James Island (Kunte Kinte Island) and neighboring Albreda-Jefferet villages and museum on north bank (make it a day trip or stay overnight at hotel there and return to camp the next day).
