Professional, clean, for Afrika a very good and to trust facility. 24/7 service. Ambulance to take you to the clinic. When needed and possible, go to there.

I think it's one off the better, also only hospital in the neighbourhood, not a clinic as there are more. It's a clean and nice hospital were toubabs should go to in case off any (small) emergency, but still Gambian, not Europe remind that. U must pay in advance for everything u need to be done so it's running around all the time. Staff verry helpfully allover and at times ther is a German nurse working. In case or real need off a surgery and u can travel, you better fly back 2 your own country

Its horrible to get things done on time here especially from Laboratory. If we ask them they say "this is Gambia and Gambian 2 hours is equal to 4 American hours". You can assume the rest.
