  Last year theses guys delivered for all my insurance needs when my long term insurer could not. When I received my renewal quote I did check its competitiveness with my former insurers (thinking they may want to attract me back) but no, the IBEX renewal quote was the best!

  a great company and great staff , i have bike , car and boat insurance with this company and always get a fair deal with them , special thanks to Natali who is first rate in dealing with any policies , recommend this company .

  Very bad service ..poor response to our total loss claim.. no help to us we had to double up with emails just to get a response.. the excuse being "we were JUST going to respond to you"..
  we had a total loss situation .. it took months to pay the claim with a reduced value of our car
  WE ASKED FOR THE INSURERS ENGINEERS REPORT,..?? we were denied this and told we would have to gt a court order.. DISGRACEFUL..
  we were left with NO CAR for all that time. Please be very careful of dubious tactics used by IBEX AWFUL company.. I am amazed at the positive comments as our experience was BAD from begining to end.
  BEWARE..BEWARE..BEWARE..BEWARE..!!
  I wonder if we get a better response via this posting.. than we got from our claim??
