You need to have UK visa to could enter this area. Other tourists are Not welcomed!!

Small information center but it came into its own on a windy day when the cable car was shut and they booked us on a bus tour which turned out to be a much better option (and cheaper). The bus left from the information center and dropped us off back in the town centre.
