Nice place, but management needs to regularly monitor the state of equipment in the rooms. Water heater and water closet were leaking.

Not what I expected. Pictures and services posted on the map concerning the place are very different from what we experienced. Services and rooms need to be improved. Restaurant services are OK .

Not the best place to stay in for your first lodging in Ghana. Bed sheets not always clean. I don't understand the concept of hand held showers if you won't maintain them when broken. Saw a room with a bathtub, which was absolute filth

Nice place. The dinner at the restaurant was hot and fresh at a reasonable price. Breakfast was satisfying, I was able to get a little bit of work done before the food arrived. Staff at the lodge are accommodating and deliver quality service. A very comfortable stay!

The sewage situation at some portions of the hotel needs to be seriously looked at.
Their rooms are affordable and their beds are comfortable too. However the air conditioning in the room that I slept in could not be modulated. Their heaters are centrally regulated. I am not sure if this is good or bad.
The kitchen staff also need to up their game. My wife and I struggled to eat the jollof rice that we purchased.response / report this review -

This place is horrible! The service was awful, the rooms were not clean upon arrival nor were they cleaned during our stay. The bed linens were filthy. There was no toilet paper in our room and when requested it we never received it. The staff is nonchalant at best. When you spoke to them they acted as though you were annoying them with your request. We requested a total of 11 rooms one of which was to be a room with a double bed and a single bed. We were told they did not have such accommodations, and would have to get an additional room. Upon arrival we discovered that 3 of our rooms had those accommodations and when we attempted to cancel the additional room which we didn't need, we were not allowed to do so.
We check in on a Friday evening and someone had ordered room service and placed their dishes outside of their room. Upon checking out on Sunday morning, the dishes were still in the same place. Disgusting!!!
The only good things about this place were the location and the security. That, however is not enough to get me to stay here again.response / report this review -

It has a nice building structures most especially the new branch at the coast of Winneba very close to the Sir Chalse beach.
