Wassa Akropong Government Hospital is second to none in the Wassa Amenfi East Municipality in terms of quality health service delivery. It can boast of highly trained and professional Medical Doctors, about four Physician Assistants, nurses of specialized categories, and hardworking paramedical staffs among others.
The hospital offers a 24 hour uninterrupted service and serves as referral facility for the various CHPS compounds, Health Centres, and Private health facilities within the municipality and surrounding districts.
