This company has one of the worse if not the worst 4G service in the country. Really pathetic. Has disappointed us with high expectations. In 2019 with the kind of excuses given its unacceptable. We were better off without the so called 4G.

This complex structure is the corporate headquarters of Vodafone Ghana. It is located at Nkrumah circle. It is a very historic place. In the past it used to house Post and Telecommunication Company which was a state institution in Ghana responsible for rendering Postal and telecom services. Later it became Ghana Telecom and not too long ago operations were handed over to Vodafone Ghana. Their customer services are orderly and time efficient.

It's a great place to work. Wonderful staff and they're very keen on diversity and inclusion. They value safety as well so I would say it's a safe place to be. The location is great too, Airport City. Workers enjoy a view of the airport. In case zombies invade Ghana and we have to flee, the airport is just a few minutes from the office. I guess they're covered there.lol.

I am still waiting to have service connected as they are the only service available in my area. 10 weeks! Head Office has multiple phone numbers - ironically they either immediately cut you off or are constantly busy. .
I think this is almost fraudulent.

I "applied" for connection over nine weeks ago. The company lost my application details and asked me to apply again. After over tjree weeks I was told I needed to pay, which I did. Since then I have received many texts asking me to "bear with us" Two days ago a man called saying he would be at my hoise the next day. . . No one came. Vodafone has sent me more messages asking me to bear with them as they work to follow up. Such terrible service.

A great place to do business. Vodafone being the leading telecommunication network in Ghana has a lot to offer. Their headquarters stands as one of the tallest building in it location. Located close to the Kotoka airport, Silver star auto towers, a couple of Bank, Hotels as well as Marina mall makes a great place to be. They do have a good customer service also.
