Nice cosy atmosphere, gets crowded as the night progresses. A lot of events are held at Vienna city. Excellent food that is delivered within justifiable time and with service to match. Thumbs up!!

A very accommodative place to relax in Kumasi. Rooms are well maintained with hospitable staff. Free WiFi is also available. I recommend everyone to give the place a try.

Every time we go to Vienna city it’s on jump! I enjoy the atmosphere. I love that everyone dances. The drinks are strong. The food is delicious. You can chill, dance, Play pool, or relax outside. Great place!

The reviews about smoke in the corridor were not kidding. The corridor is stuffed with smoke. Nice cozy place though, if you disregard the noise at night from the club. Staff are quite professional. I don't think it will be long before the hotel is upped to a 2 star.

Stayed at the hotel a couple of times but decided to look for another place for my next visits. though the rooms are nice the staff is incompetent, unfriendly and lazy. no need to patronize this place any longer

Went for an early dinner. Very very very dark and a bit smoky. Pizza was crisp and reasonably good. The chicken and beef kebabs were spicy and fantastic. Some of the better kebabs we had during our month in Kumasi.
At night it turns much more "club," and appeared to begin attracting some, well, "pros" as we were leaving. Can't comment on the late night scene as we were outta thereresponse / report this review -

Had a BOGO free on Tuesday but the Hawaiian pizza had absolutely no meat and just cheese and pineapple o a big crust. Avoid the Hawaiian like a plague

The room was visually pleasing and had all the amenities. The location is also pretty central and nearby Rattery Park and Tejetia Market so it is nice for tourists. The front desk receptionists were welcoming and attentive. However, I opened the door to the terrace of my hotel room and found a dead cockroach. The toilet was running constantly so I had to fix it a few times throughout the night. The casino and the club attached to the hotel were loud, so if you plan on staying over, be prepared. The club seems like a lot of fun on a Saturday night. They say breakfast is free but it is only for one person and they do not have it prepared unless you ask them. We were in a hurry, so we could not get breakfast in the end.

Busy mostly on weekends.
Regular food, and the smoking inside is pretty intense.
Beware of the girls they will come if you wink
