I regretted opening an account there , I have to abandon my account and never paid a visit there since 2016.I met one Rudy Lady and the way she addressed me disrespectfully and her shoddy replies pushed me off from therethey need train up some of their customer care personnels.
GCB has taken over thia bank and it is now one of their branch in Koforiduaresponse / report this review -

Got in and out quick. Fast, professional and welcoming customer service. Banking Hall not spacious enough though. Not my bank, but happy to claim WU and MoneyGram transfers once in a while
