I enjoyed staying there. We came for a 10 day course in UDS Tamale Campus. The rooms over there are very comfortable to stay in. The security were also friendly and helpful

Its a great hostel , its the nicest hostel on the UDS Tamale campus , it can contain a lot of people , they have got shops where they sell provisions, cloths , hair do and what have you .

GUSSS Hostel is the largest hostel currently at the UDS Tamale Campus and is almost 4 years since it started operation as a major public hostel of the school. Has three categories in its accommodation plan; 2 in a room category, 3 in a room category and 4 in a room category. It has a DSTV room and a reservoir for students to fetch water when there is a shortage. Has a well constructed inner court for relaxation and refreshment and has a strong security team. It is good to be a resident in the GUSSS hostel.

Premium hostel built from staff funds. It was opened in the year 2016 but most students preferred outside hostels.
With its main agenda of housing students especially first year students who are new to the environment.
The GUSSS hostel ranges from two in a room to four in a room. It also has other features such as a pharmacies, boutiques, common provision stores, saloons for both males and females not forgetting of common TV rooms for football matches and soaps
