The Rockstar Waste Services Limited (ThRoWS Ltd.) is a Limited Liability Company based in Sekondi-Takoradi, Western Region, extending its services to all the 16 regions in Ghana. ThRoWS Ltd. was formed in January, 2019 and it is registered with the Registrar-General's Department with registration number CS090932019 and Public Procurement Authority with Supplier number 660851. Registration documents are attached to annex 2 of this document.ThRoWS Ltd. is working in partnership with Ghana Hotels Association, Western Region Branch and Ghana National Association of Private Schools, Sekondi – Takoradi Zone to implement our innovative and sustainable waste management program called "Sustainable Waste Management through Partnerships (SuWMaP) Program". ThRoWS limited is the only waste management company in Ghana that uniquely tackles the solid waste management challenges using intensive education on best solid waste management practices, efficient solid waste collection services with modern technology and cost effective strategies, recycling/composting and reuse. Our Vision A world in which people are concerned about environmental issues and are committed to keeping their surroundings clean.Our Mission To manage solid waste as a resource, promoting sustainable, environmentally sound and cost effective practices.Objectives 1. To promote and sustain a clean environment in Ghana through intensive education and waste segregation at source.2. To provide affordable and efficient waste collection services to Ghanaians. 3. To store and recycle all waste collected.4. To produce and process viable agricultural produce for both local consumption and for export 5. To improve access to affordable, reliable and modern energy to Ghanaians, especially, those living in rural areas.
