My stay here involved both highlights and lowlights. The positives included the apparent security presence with several on site security personnel and cameras. Also the major doors into the premises were finger print activated. The Baa & Bean restaurant there was a great convenience as well. Regarding lowlights, we were given one towel although two of us were occupying the room. The reason being that the facilities staff was on Christmas break so no other clean towels were available. On one occasion, the fingerprint authentication failed while I tried to get through the reception area to my room. I would attribute that to a temporary glitch since it worked fine a couple of hours later. Although I had been told room cleaning would happen weekly, this was never done during my 9-day stay. Also, it would've been great if the rooms were connected via phone or intercom to the front desk to save the walk for every request.
Nice, lovely and secured environment
Cons:
Service is infrequent and the management is split between 5+ entities who hardly cooperate.
The apartments are owned by different people who have different agents managing them. The main agent is Clifton homes.
The rooms are serviced twice a week and some toiletries may have to be purchased personally when they run out.
It's located near a busy highway and the noise filters into the rooms. The rooftop pool is tiny.
Pros:
Lots of fresh water, working AC, modern lifts and room fittings.
Recommendation - use only for a short stay
