Service with 😃 that one can think of. Parts are always available, no shortage. When shortage becomes critical, we order from our neighboring countries which are close to us eg Nigeria, Ivory Coast etc instead of waiting from orders from India.

Services are very costly and very poor inventory of spares. You need to pay for getting quotation. Ridiculous. Think 10000 times before you buy TATA car in Africa. Similar experience in Mozambique also.
