  I lived my four years of university in Koforidua at this place. It is perfect for students, perfect in the sense that the management listens to our feedback and address all our issues as soon as we report them. It is also very safe and the location is great! I really am grateful to the staff of this place, cleaners, security and of course the management for the work. I think it can be rented out during the summer to visitors, not sure though.
