  It's a nice hall. It's among the best halls in winneba with most populated number of students. They have spacious rooms for students to stay

  Poor ventilation, rooms are smaller than expected. Very uncomfortable but good for the price. I recommend University hall or outside hostels rater.

  Simpa Block B is located on University of Education, winneba campus. Its one of the popularly known blocks on the north campus. It can easily be found closer to north campus roundabout.
