Silver birds is like a 'one stop shop ' Cinema. It has various cinema rooms showing the latest trending movies. You could grab your edibles and munchies before the movies starts. The last movie I watched cost Ghc40 for entry. The place could get very busy on holidays or when there's a movie premiere so I wouldn't advise going on such days.
Great cinema, AC works well, great seating and great viewing experience
I have watched some awesome movies 🎥 there. The place can sometimes get really cold 🥶 (maybe it’s just me). The place is super packed on premiere dates. Workers there clean 🧼 the place after every movie 🍿 showed. The seats 💺 are comfortable and have holders for your drinks.
I think I will be going there on the 26th to watch the Avengers|End Game.
Silverbird Cinema and a lovely place to have a good time at with a loved one or even for business hand out and so on. The workers there are well behaved and really understand the hospitality industry. I recommend Silverbird for everyone out there.
Its fully air conditioned and spacious. The seats are comfortable and the movies are shown on time. 3-D movies are available. This is an ultramodern state of the are cinema
Nice Cinema located at the heart of Accra. But the place is usually crowded with people sitting on the staircase. Which in turn makes he place kind of hot. Apart from that its an amazing place to hang out
Cozy cinema spaces with the latest local and international films ready for your viewing pleasure
Silver bird is one of best cinema have ever been. Their customers are their first priority when it comes to movies, security, etc. You also feels at home.
I enjoyed watching Black Panther at the Silverbird, Accra Mall. The experience was great and not different from my previous visit
Effective service. Topnotch trending movies. Washrooms available. Popcorn and snacks allowed.
Black Panther is a great movie to watch. It was a cool environment to share the evening with a good friend. 😊😊
I’ve been to this theater for the last 6 years and I’ve found it has slowly gotten worse. The employees usually act put out to even purchase a ticket. Showing times on website are usually not correct.
The movie started exactly at the time it was advertised on their website. (2:40pm). The punctuality pleased me a great deal because I detest tardiness. The cinema was full of lights before the movie and after the movie so that people could find their way easily, not like other cinemas that you have to be careful not to stumble. One thing that needs to be worked on is this: pre-movie commercials. After just two commercials, the screen was black and the cinema was quiet while people filed in to take their seats and that took about 10 minutes. Usual cinema practice is to play commercials until the movie time.
Other than that, I totally enjoyed the movie (The Wedding Party 2) and the service provided by Silverbird Cinemas. It is located in Accra Mall, first floor.
It’s cool place to hungout. I suggest they beef up security
Amazing cinema. Got to experience to understand it. Best
Its good, you can watch different countries movies when they released and theater is also okay.
I love this place.
Another leisure space for all, from kids to grannies simply because it a cinema. Not just a cinema but Accra's biggest and it always has the latest movies. You should definitely pass by and you won't be disappointed
The cinema can get crowded in the lobby quite often but the service is pretty fast, even when the kiosk assistant decided to take my order with her filled with food. They are all very polite though but they should get a card payment service for the food kiosk because heading back downstairs to get cash is too time consuming when you're trying to minimise the amount of a film you would miss.
Great place to go watch a movie
Very unprofessional! Movie was scheduled to start at 9:30, we waited outside until 10:20pm people were pushing and shoving to get inside and get a seat. Even that the movie started while people were still struggling to get inside.
They even over booked the cinema so horrible. The manger should be fired.
This cinema house is the best at what it does in the whole Accra and probably beyond.
Biggest capacity multi viewing halls/cinemas in Accra (that I know of).
Much improved video resolution probably to HD or Full HD compared to SD that I saw my first time here a few years ago. Won't be bad to jump to 4K now seeing how humongous the screens are.
A decent theatre in that it has large screens and shows the most recent movies. Is a great theatre in Ghana but don't expect 3D movies or IMAX.
Also be prepared to be overcharged for big movie debuts. They create drink and popcorn bundles that you have to purchase to see the biggest movies. The bundles are not in any way a deal and can sometimes force drinks you have no desire to purchase.
2D & 3D screens. Wide array of confection. Clean halls. Gets busy on the weekends
