  It is a perfect place to do all your shopping.
  The air-conditioning is always working perfectly.
  Their parking lot is a safe place to park your car whilst you do your shopping.
  The service offered here is of international standard.
  They used to give any change to me but I don't get it again if it is in lower coins. They must give out any change to their customer no matter the amount involved.

  Shoprite offer a variety of stuffs to choose from at a relatively affordable prices. For those who love maize pap, they have quality floor there. However, due to demand, it sells rather quite first as the international community hijacks the shelves.

  The queue was building up and the cashier Edna looked like she was just standing. She said nothing to customers. When one asked if she was closing, she said “my mind is not even here” Really!?!?
  Turned out she was waiting on a colleague for a price/weight but shoprite employees need to taught good customer service

  The fried rice I bought here on Christmas Day 2017 was either burnt or cooked with firewood because the flavour tasted of either one or the other. The chicken was quite alright. Also, the number of people shopping at this time was so many that they were literally bumping into each other and shopping carts. The Mall itself was a complete chaotic market place. Seeing as this is my first time there, I am willing to assume that the crowd was due to the Christmas Season peak shopping period. If not, if this is the normal crowd volume both at the Mall and at Shoprite, I'd be hesitant to return at all.

  Its good place for shopping. Something you can find at cheaper and something costly. Its supermarket located in aacra mall.

  Saturday afternoon and the supermarket was full, BUT only 4 attended tills open. It took 40 minutes to check-out. Ridiculous management.

  After renovating the place it looks better. But looking closer is that they cheat customer with quality and price. Their whole wheat bread suppose to be 700 grams. I weight at home it only reaches low 600 grams. Chicken salad for 50 cedi kilo it was only butterfly pasta and mayo inside with traces of chicken what a rip off. The paella was only rice inside and 24 cedi for 300 grams for rice I can buy 5kg rice for that. Dear consumer be aware for major rip off inside this store with low quality.
